Hey friends, happy Wednesday! We are rolling into the home stretch of the holidays this year, and it always feels a little bittersweet to me. I love prepping for the holidays, decorating, dressing up, baking cookies, and doing all the winter things! But then January rolls around and it feels a little sad, like everything is over. We’ve done a couple of things this year to prevent those feelings from rolling in, such as scheduling our Christmas vacation trip for the last few days of the year and into the first week of January, instead of the last week of December and heading home on January 1. We also have some holiday friends get-togethers planned for the new year since it can sometimes be difficult to get everything fit into the schedule this month!
