I love a good holiday dress! I purchased this green ruffle dress from Express last Christmas season, and not only did I buy it and love it, I bought two colors and loved them both! A good, easy-to-throw-on holiday party dress is a must, and when it comes at under $40 right now – it’s an “I’ve got to have this right now” piece!

This dress is crazy comfortable, and looks just as good with bare legs or nude stockings as it does with black tights. I like to wear it both ways, and I especially love pairing it with gold as I did here with this gold lace clutch. Throw on a fur stole or some statement earrings and you’ve got a classy yet simple holiday look. I just love how much visual interest the ruffles give the dress!
