The hubs and I will be cooking dinner together on Friday, and every good Valentine’s Day date needs a delicious and appropriately themed cocktail, of course! That’s why today I’m sharing my recipe for these rosé and grapefruit spritzers! They are super simple, super fresh, and perfect for celebrating if your special someone this week! You can pick up my favorite club soda and rose water below, and then pair with your favorite rosé wine! Enjoy 🙂

Rosé and Grapefruit Spritzer
Celebrate Valentine's Day with a tasty and refreshing cocktail that is totally color-appropriate: this rosé and grapefruit spritzer is perfect for celebrating!
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 2 teaspoons grenadine
- 3 ounces rosé
- 1 ounce fresh squeeze grapefruit juice
- Club soda
- 1 sprig mint
Instructions

Add rose water and grenadine to the bottom of a champagne flute. Add rosé and grapefruit juice. Top with club soda and garnish with mint.

Ugh, how I wish I’ve read this article before Valentines’ Day! I wanted something sweet last Valentine’s, but I was so busy preparing for our dinner that I had no time to look for a cocktail mix! 🙁 This one looks so good!
