The leaves have been changing and falling for a while now. The temperatures have been dropping and we’ve reached one of my favorite times of the year: the days when I finally get to layer my outfits again 🙂 It is also the perfect time to curl up on the couch with a puppy (or two!), a good book, and a mug of hot tea or cocoa and lounge away the afternoon away from the cold wind outdoors. It’s fall!
I’ve been thinking for quite a while about how I could update my fall front porch to reflect all of the glorious things that come with fall, namely Halloween and Thanksgiving. I pulled out our two hay bails from last year, and of course picked out an assortment of delightful pumpkins from our local grocery store – and Costco :).
Then, I turned to my trusty sidekick (“The Internet”) to purchase some much needed front porch décor, including baskets, straw, and some faux mini gourds!
