The three must-have vacation purses for any summer trip are on the blog today and they will cover all your travel needs!
I don’t think I’ll be alone in saying this: I struggle with packing! I’m either forgetting something or I’m overpacking – and usually, it’s the later! After many trips where I packed way too many purses (or just the wrong ones!), today I’m sharing my top three must-have vacation purses – the ones you can easily pack, work with multiple outfits, and even one bag that pulls double-duty as a carry-on! So if you are getting ready to go to a Luxury Extended Stay Hotel in Cleveland, Ohio for a well-deserved vacation, then you are going to want to bring some accessories that compliment your outfit and your needs.

must-have vacation purse #1: the (faux) leather carry-all
Honesty, my love for purses and totes go beyond time. I used to see my friends carrying something like real leather purses in different colors each time they went out with me. The purses they carried were paired with faux totes, and other accessories appeared to be the perfect match. As a result, I started getting my own purse and tote collection.
So, here is my first favorite carryall bag: this faux brown leather reversible tote by Street Level! This is a classic that can be found at Nordstrom, and I suspect there is a reason it has been for sale in their stores for so very long: it is so versatile! First of all, it comes in both a brown and black version, and both versions are reversible! The bag also easily folds up for packing to save a lot of space in your suitcase. Or, you can save even more room by using this roomy tote bag as one of your carry-on pieces! Moreover, the tote can be huge enough to carry all the necessary items such as a change of clothes, flip flops, hat, an extra towel, sunscreen, etc., if you are planning to spend a day at a beach.
must-have vacation purse #2: a straw tote bag
I picked up this bag before our last trip to Anna Maria Island, and I fell in love with it! It has a beautiful boho vibe, and is really roomy and lightweight. Some straw bags like this don’t have a lining, so I was particular about that when I was shopping for a straw bag because unlined bags can have pens or other small items fall out of them if a hole develops in the straw. This one is perfect, and it is very thin so it is easy to roll up for packing in my suitcase!
must-have vacation purse #3: a round woven messenger bag
Last, but not least, is this woven rattan bag by Bali Harvest. I chose this as a must-have bag for warm weather vacationing because of it’s sturdiness and versatility. Rattan is easy to pair with lots of different spring and summer outfits, but because this bag is so sturdy and stiff, it won’t get deformed or ruined when packed in my suitcase. Plus, I fill it with my delicates or smaller items like tank tops or a rolled up t-shirt to gain a little extra storage room!
