Halloween is less than a week away, which means that Thanksgiving and Christmas will be right around the corner and here before we know it! I just love this time of the year: the beautiful fall foliage, dinners full of cozy stews and yummy soups, and snuggling up on the couch with the hubby and our two pups. And by far my favorite thing about this season is the fashion: I just love those layered outfits!

First up is this super fun red quilted vest. I love the quilted texture of the outside and those beautiful brass snaps, but my absolute favvvvorite part about this vest is the inside: it’s fleece-lined! Despite my love for all things fall and winter, I am still one of those people who is constantly cold during these seasons, and I love that the fleece gives an extra layer of warmth when it’s chilly outside!
Now let’s talk about cashmere, y’all. I am a serious lover of all things cashmere, because there’s just nothing better than a silky smooth cashmere sweater on your skin, amiright? Talbots’ cashmere line does not disappoint: they have a range of different styles and colors of sweaters to match any closet, and they are so cozy and warm! My favorite is their Audrey pullover in ivory, but I’m also coveting it in merlot and indigo blue for the winter. I love the 3/4 length sleeve look paired with a vest, too!

I saved the best for last: THESE shoes. To find a good flat that is not only stylish but comfortable with wear after wear is a challenging feat! I’ve tried many a shoe and ended up with blisters, or too little arch support, or having to sacrifice style for comfort and support. These moccasins don’t make me have to deal with any of those issues, with their memory foam footbeds (love!)! I will say that I do typically use liner socks in my shoes, which can help to prevent some blistering, but that these shoes were just as comfy after eight hours at work as they were when I first slipped them on in the morning. That is a major win in my book!
