Valentine’s Day is fast approaching, y’all! While we still have yet to plan what we are doing to celebrate, I know it will involve one thing for sure: delicious food! Food is the language of love, many have said, so it is no wonder that we are delving into that this Valentine’s Day. Maybe you’ve also got a sweet present for your love, if you haven’t yet then fear not as you can still grab something (doesn’t matter if it is a few days late) from exclusive football seats to gorgeous Indian gold bangles there is something for everyone and food can certainly complement that.

And this February, right behind food is having not only a cute but a warm outfit! It can be so chilly this time of the year, and with more snow predicted for the coming days, I’ve been basically living in boots recently! Today’s look is a comfy cozy Valentine’s Day option that is stylish enough for a dinner out at a restaurant but also perfect for cuddling up on the sofa by the fire with the hubs!

Have you discovered the cashmere line by Halogen at Nordstrom yet? Because I have, and I am crushing on it hard this winter season! I love how affordable and cozy their cashmere sweaters are, and I love that they come in so many different styles. I have a few tunic and crew neck sweaters from the line, but have also been loving this V-neck style recently (especially in this gorgeous red color for Valentine’s Day!)
