Happy Thursday, friends! Today I’m sharing my holiday home tour for 2022 with y’all, and I am so excited for you guys to see how our holiday style has evolved from last year! I’m slowly shifting towards more neutral decor for the holidays, with lots of beautiful natural greenery elements too. My new favorite go-to store for greenery is AFloral – they have the most realistic garlands and branches and I can’t wait to add some more to my stores next year too!

foyer

As the years go on, I am very much drawn more towards neutral and minimalistic decor for the holidays (much to my husbands disdain 😀 ). For this years foyer tablescape, I paired these elegant marble interlocking Christmas trees with some beautiful greenery, an oversized bell, and a textured woven tray. I brought up this boucle stool from the basement for the season because I love the white boucle texture for the winter season!

kitchen

In the kitchen this year, I again used the same small wreaths on the backs of the chairs – I just love how cute and petite they are! I actually used command strips to hang them this year which was way easier and looks way better than tying them around the chair (there is a spindle directly in the center of the chair which makes it hard to hang a ribbon in the exact center unfortunately!). I dressed up our coffee bar and stove for the season as well, and put together a simple tray tablescape on the island too!

family room

Every year we get one live Christmas tree at a tree farm by our family cottage up north. Unfortunately we did not get our live tree up before these photos were taken, but I’m still loving the cozy vibes in this space! These Norfolk pine branches are my number one favorite purchase this year for our holiday decor. They are SO realistic looking, are drape nicely in this large oversized vase!

dining room

The dining room is usually my favorite space of the season because I absolutely love decorating our 11 foot Christmas tree! Of course, it was not fun having to restring the entire tree because of dead lights this year 😀 But it looks great again and I love the different touches I put into the tree this year. I went for a natural vibe still and added some beautiful pampas grass branches which are my favorite addition to the tree this year! They are so lush and full and drape nicely down the tree. Be sure to check out my gift wrapping inspo post too here!

master bedroom

Last but not least, I always love to dress up our master bedroom with some simple yet festive decor! We usually put a tree up here too, which I decorated in another neutral vibe, more focused on sparky gold and bronze tones. I kept things mostly simple in the bedroom – adding a garland at the top of the bed is always a festive and natural touch! I picked up these mini faux potted trees which I just love on my nightstand, and some seasonal pillows are the perfect touch to our layered bedding for the colder months!
