My earl grey gin fizz is the perfect classy cocktail for the holidays! It features a unique homemade earl grey honey simple syrup that you’re going to love!
Every holiday party needs a signature cocktail, in my opinion. Something to set the mood, something that says “this is an elegant Christmas soiree.” Or alternatively, “this is a cozy no-shoes hang-by-the-roaring-fireplace kinda party.” It sets the tone, and can even help to determine what your menu is going to be like for the event, and my earl grey gin fizz is the perfect example!

This particular cocktail definitely says “let’s class up this holiday get together!” with its earl grey and honey simple syrup. If simple syrup could be cozy, this would be the most coziest one of all. I typically prefer honey simple syrup already, and the depth that the earl grey tea gives to the syrup is perfect for a craft cocktail such as this one.
Once you have concocted the beautiful simple syrup for this earl grey gin fizz, it is then paired with gin, egg white, and blood orange juice, one of my favorite juices to use in cocktails. I love how they give a somewhat berry-esque flavor to the drink, and that beautiful blood red color!
