Get ready for autumn with me: I’m sharing all my favorite fall beauty haul items today on the blog!
Happy Monday, friends! I can’t believe August is almost over. It’s crazy to think how this year has flown by so far! I recently picked up a number of new beauty products to give my collection a bit of a refresh and I wanted to share my favorites with y’all today!
Too Faced Better Than Sex Volumizing Mascara
My new favorite mascara! The shape of the wand is perfect for evenly coating each lash, and it works great over the Marc Jacobs Velvet Lash Primer to plump up each lash! Plus it also conditions the lashes as it works!
CHARLOTTE TILBURY Magic Vanish! Color Corrector
If I had to recommend only one product in todays post, this would be it. This is the best under eye color corrector I’ve come across yet: it makes my dark circles entirely disappear and helps to blend out a lot of my melasma spots as well while I work on fixing those areas of my skin. I usually apply with the tip of my ring finger to help warm the product as I apply.
ESTÉE LAUDER Double Wear Stay-in-Place Eye Pencil
I’ve been out of a brown eyeliner for months now and kept putting off ordering one for one reason or another, but I am so incredibly happy with this Estée Lauder eye pencil! This pencil is super creamy almost like a crayon consistency, but goes on incredibly smoothly. It makes it really easy to throw on an impeccable line without too much effort, which is perfect for daily wear! Plus, it lasts all day which makes it perfect for work looks. Also comes in black!
PAUL MITCHELL Flexible Style Hold Me Tight Finishing Spray
Paul Mitchell is one of my favorite line of hair care products because they are always on point and high quality! This Hold Me Tight hairspray is no exception and it does exactly what it states: holds your hair in place without causing any stiffness. It also has a lovely scent compared to how strong some other hairsprays can be!
VERB Dry Shampoo for Dark Hair
I have struggle to find a good dry shampoo that works well with darker hair, and this might be a winner! Verb’s dry shampoo is formulated specifically for dark hair and I don’t have any issues with dusty residue on my hair after using it. It adds a bit of oomph and volume to my roots down to my tips and helps give two or three day old hair a refresh before work! It is very light compared to a lot of other dry shampoos I have tried.
ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS Scissors
My new favorite brow shears! I had been needing an upgraded pair as my old ones were not making the cut anymore (literally) and I picked these up based solely on the reviews. The blade is super thin and super sharp, perfect for manicuring them brows!
BOBBI BROWN Vitamin Enriched Face Base Priming Moisturizer
I’ve been loving my smooth, creamy, Elemis primer lately, but I’d read some good reviews of the Bobbi Brown vitamin-enriched primer and wanted to give it a try. It is fantastic! It provides a beautiful smooth base coat for your make up without too much product needed. My only gripe is that the container shape makes it somewhat difficult to get the product out of but this isn’t enough to make me not repurchase!
e.l.f. Cosmetics Camo Concealer Sponge
I’d been looking for a smaller beauty blender sponge for use around my eyes and this one is the perfect size! It fits perfectly into the corners and is super soft and super affordable!
